to what I am working on, so that my customers 
can always be very sure 
they receive what they have really asked for.

Service orientation and client focus
Personally, I rate performance levels and real-world accomplishments higher than some theoretical procedural matters. I work jointly together with my customers to set the right goals. But even if the team play is always close, I will work on each project as independently as possible. I will always try to accomplish the set goals on time and on budget, if possible exceeding expectations.  

Confidence
I am your trustworthy partner; I will always attempt to understand your processes, your policies and procedures as well as your concerns to act »politically correct« at all times.

Success
My customer’s success is my own one. In order to achieve this an always open and transparent communication as well as a clearly defined project scope and goal is key to meet your needs and the desired outcome.

Satisfaction of my partners and customers comes always first. Quality Service is one of my main strengths. I show respect and integrity. Mandatory policies and procedures apply to all persons involved.

Environment and ecological sustainability


Within my limitations I am always trying to use environmentally friendly techniques and technics. 

The use of 100% green electricity, green-IT components, targeted deactivation of unused » power guzzlers« as well as waste avoidance and waste recycling come to me perfectly naturally:

For an environmental clean planet, for us, for my customers and most of all for our kids and future generations.

Communication skills


Creativity, innovation, open and targeted communication and the ability to accept criticism characterize my actions, my services, my business. I will only succeed, if my customers are happy, too.
